We want you to feel completely at rest with your new weighted companion. If you aren't experiencing the blissful sleep you expected, we offer a 30-day return window for all of our hand-knitted products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Product

  Place your Bearaby product back into its original organic cotton dust bag and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a processing fee.
